blood flows through my veins
oxygenated fluid

sitting in the cave
watching shadows on the wall

I swim in language
I lack gills to breathe the words
I dive and struggle

revisit forgotten words
gentle balloon ride

milk so old it's gone solid

the bonding and glue
renewal of acquaintance
feed the routes for growth

civilized conflict
fighting with words - votes
